The damper (10) has a return element (40) arranged between an inner end strength element (20) and an outer end strength element (30). The return element comprises an intermediate strength element (43) coaxial with inner and outer end strength elements, and return units (41, 42). One of the return units is arranged between the outer end strength element and the intermediate strength element. Other return unit is arranged between the inner end strength element and the intermediate strength element. The outer end strength element is integrated to a connection unit (21). An independent claim is also included for a rotor, comprising a hub.
