A method for reinforcing a concrete structure is provided to harden thermosetting resins quickly, to reduce contamination from the outside, and to reduce construction time by covering the reinforced area with a plane-phase heating element and generating heat by electricity. Thermosetting resins are coated on a reinforcing fiber sheet(S40). A plane-phase heating element, emitting heat with uniform temperature for hardening the resin, is installed on the resin. The reinforced surface, covered with the plane-phase heating element, is covered up(S50). The resin is hardened by heating the plane-phase heating element(S60). After grinding the reinforced surfaced, a primer is coated(S20). The section is repaired by removing a defected part of the surface(S30). |
