<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method and a treatment apparatus in which the structure of the apparatus is easy and the removal effect of a harmful substance is excellent. <P>SOLUTION: The treatment method and treatment apparatus that remove a harmful substance are characterized in that raw water including a harmful substance, a poor solubility metal oxide, a soluble metal compound are introduced to a flow reaction tank, and made to react under alkaline, thereby sludge in which a layered double hydroxide is formed on the surface of the poor solubility metal oxide is generated, the sludge is made to incorporate the harmful substance, and the sludge is separated, desirably in the flow reaction tank, the raw water is introduced from a tank bottom by an upward flow, a sludge blanket zone and a lucid zone in which generation and flocculation of the sludge integrally happen in the tank are formed, generation and concentration of the sludge are advanced in the same tank, the treated water separated from the sludge is pulled out from the upper part of the lucid zone, and the concentrated sludge is pulled out from the sludge blanket zone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
