A method for obtaining callusogenesis in sugar beet in culture in vitro, comprising taking out sterile sugar beet explants, cultivating on Gamborg and Eveleg’s modified agarized nutrient medium, in the conditions of a thermostat in the course of 3 weeks. Floral shoots are sterilized, nonmature germs are used as an explant, for callusogenesis Gamborg and Eveleg’s medium is used modified adding the following components: BAP – 0.5 mg/l, gibberellic acid – 1.0 mg/l, NOK – 1.0 mg/l, 2,4-D - 0.5-0.8 mg/l, glycine 2.0 mg/l, sucrose – 30.0-50.0 mg/l, the cultivation is carried out at a temperature of 24±. |
