<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for producing sherbet ice capable of providing excellent sherbet ice in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: In this method for producing sherbet ice, an input-side element is measured, a theoretical value of a control-side element corresponding to measurement information of the measured input-side element is obtained based on data for obtaining an optimum theoretical value of the control-side element for making raw water corresponding to property change of the input-side element transit to a freezing point or a target ice temperature at the fastest rate based on refrigeration capability of a refrigerator 5, and the obtained theoretical value is output as control information of the control-side element. This device 1 for producing sherbet ice includes a control means 94 to obtain measurement information of the temperature of the raw water and salinity concentration by a raw water temperature measurement means 35 and a raw water salinity concentration measurement means 34, respectively, obtain theoretical values of flow rates of the raw water and the refrigerant corresponding to the obtained measurement information based on data, and output the obtained theoretical values as control values of a raw water flow rate control means 36 and a refrigerant flow rate control means 40, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
