The present invention discloses a method for controlling swing vibration of a pumper truck boom. The method comprises: measuring the swing vibration intensity of the boom; extracting dynamic properties parameters; on the basis of the vibration intensity and the extracted dynamic properties parameters, calculating a control signal, used for controlling a swing execution mechanism, that can compensate for the vibration intensity; and then actuating the operation of the swing execution mechanism on the basis of said signal so as to control swing vibration of the boom. Also disclosed is a controller and apparatus for controlling the swing vibration of a pumper truck boom, and a pumper truck containing the apparatus. The technical solution described controls swing vibration of a pumper truck boom, reduces the risk of boom malfunction, and enhances the safety of the associated construction work.
