<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric actuator capable of miniaturize a screw shaft in an axial direction. <P>SOLUTION: A feed screw mechanism 4 of the electric actuator 1 is integrally rotatably coupled to an output shaft 21 of a motor 3 via a shaft joint 22 and has the screw shaft 23 rotatably supported by a rolling bearing 15 arranged in a case 2 and a feed nut 24 screwing with the feed screw part 23c of the screw shaft 23. The feed screw part 23c with which the feed nut 24 screws in the screw shaft 23 is formed so as to face the rolling bearing 15 in an axial direction. Further, a screw shaft side coupling 32 constituting the shaft joint 22 is coupled to the screw shaft 23 so as to sandwich the rolling bearing 15 with the feed screw part 23c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
