<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a progressive refractive power lens capable of improving astigmatism and degree difference in a peripheral part of a far area. <P>SOLUTION: The progressive refractive power lens has a far area used for far sight and other area different from the far area. At least the face at the eyeball side or object side of a wearer is aspherical. If a prescription value T obtained from an expression S+C/2 using prescribed spherical degree S and astigma degree C is minus, an area where the degree difference ΔD with respect to the prescription value T of a spherical equivalent degree D is on a principal regard line in the far area. Even in the case where the spherical equivalent degree D changes toward the plus side toward the peripheral part of the far area, the degree difference between the spherical equivalent degree D and prescription value T in the peripheral part of the far area 2 is smaller than a conventional degree difference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
