<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make used waste materials of a coated fluid tube 1 which is a hot water conduit raw material, make products from the same, and reuse as material recycle. <P>SOLUTION: A coating layer 21 coating the outer periphery of the fluid pipe 11 is formed of an insulation body 22 comprising uncrosslinked polyethylene foam, contact preventing parts 23 comprising protrusions 24 reducing an area where the fluid pipe 11 contacts the inner face of the insulation body 22 are arranged between the inner face of the insulation body 22 and the outer face of the fluid pipe 11. The protrusions 24 are formed continuously in the longitudinal direction of the coating layer 21. Thereby, the used waste material can be pulverized, redissolved and reused because the coating layer 21 is formed of the uncrosslinked polyethylene foam. On the other hand, the deterioration of the insulation material 22 due to the lowering of heat resistance along with uncrosslinking is prevented by reducing the contact area with the fluid pipe 11 by arranging protrusions 24 in the inner face of the insulation body 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
