PURPOSE: A test apparatus of hardness of concrete for determining slip form lifting time and a method for placing the slip form using the same are provided to recognize hardness of concrete by observing and touching, and to determine the lift of the slip form. CONSTITUTION: A test apparatus of hardness of concrete for determining slip form lifting time comprises: a main body(10) which is partially or entirely transparent and is a cylindrical member with an open bottom; a support rod(13) which is perpendicularly mounted in the main body; and a fixing member(11) which is coupled to the upper portion of the main body and lifts and lowers the main body by moving along the support rod. The hardness state of concrete can be checked with naked eyes through the main body when filling the main body with concrete.
