A tool holder comprises a housing rigidly attached to a carriage, and a forcing-off part with a tool connected with a body by elastic elements, whose center lines intersect at the center of rigidity of an elastic system of the tool holder. The center line of the first elastic element extends across the top of the tool oriented in the direction of cutting force and axial line of the second elastic element is placed to the center line of the first element at an angle, which is a determinant of a distance from the center of rigidity of the elastic system to the tool top. |
