PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and certainly acquire a photographic condition on which photographing results desired by a user can be obtained.

SOLUTION: A controller 2 of a digital camera 1 performs: processing for making a user select an arbitrary photographed image 100 stored in a storage part 7 and the like; processing for acquiring photographic condition information 100b added to the photographed image selected by the user; processing for detecting photographic situation information indicating a current photographic situation; and processing for correcting the acquired photographic condition information depending on the detected photographic situation information, and acquiring the corrected photographic condition information as the photographic condition information for use in photographing of a subject in the current photographic situation.
