<p>A spinel cobalt ferrite preparation method, comprising the following steps: (1) adding hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide and sodium hydroxide to water to prepare an alkaline solution; (2) adding metal nitrate solution to the alkaline solution, maintaining the temperature at 100°C, and refluxing for 12h to prepare the cobalt ferrite, the metal nitrate solution consisting of cobalt nitrate hexahydrate, ferric nitrate nonahydrate and water; (3) separating and purifying; and (4) drying. The present method has mild reaction conditions, eliminating the need for high temperature calcination, and can prepare the cobalt ferrite of small particle size and high activity, with low energy consumption, simple equipment and low investment, thus easily achieving industrialized production.</p> |
