METHOD OF MAKING VOICE COIL WITH ULTRAVIOLET ADHESIVES

PURPOSE: A voice coil manufacturing method using an ultraviolet hardening adhesive is provided to reduce manufacturing costs, increase heat-resistance, and improve impact durability. CONSTITUTION: A wire, covered with only an insulating sheath without being coated with an adhesion layer, is prepared(S1). An ultraviolet hardening adhesive is prepared(S2). The wire is coated with the ultraviolet hardening adhesive(S3). The wire, coated with the ultraviolet hardening adhesive, is hardened with ultraviolet rays while being wound by a wire winding machine(S4).
