<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in an air conditioning apparatus for cooling a vehicle, wherein it takes time to cool a vehicle interior from when a user gets therein. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle includes an occupant space in which a user gets, a tank capable of storing compressed air, and a control part to release the compressed air stored in the tank for the occupant space.
