<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch pen that ensures electrical continuity with a touch panel and has improved operability to the touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: A touch pen includes a main body (4), a pen tip shaft (8), and a sleeve (6). The main body is composed of a resin material having a conductive coating (9) as its exterior. The pen tip shaft is formed by a conductive resin. The sleeve is cylindrically formed and fitted with the pen tip shaft inserted into the sleeve. A portion (pen tip portion 14) of the pen tip shaft protrudes from a front opening (19) of the sleeve. A portion (small diameter portion 12) of the main body is fitted inside a back opening (18) of the sleeve.
