摘要 The invention relates to mechanical engineering and metallurgy fields, in particular to a method for application of functional coatings of chromium and aluminum by gas-phase deposition, and it can be used in aircraft and power engineering for protection of gas turbine blades from high temperature gas corrosion of the internal cavities of the cooled turbine blades. A method for application of two-component chromium-aluminum coatings on the internal cavities of cooled gas turbine working blades comprises sequential deposition of chromium layers at the thermal decomposition of chromium hexacarbonyl, aluminum layers at the temperature decomposition of the trimethyl aluminum, at that the previously three temperature zones are formed at first for the deposition of chromium, and then for aluminum deposition and high-temperature annealing is continued to carry out. The device design for applying these coatings is also described. The invention enhances the quality of the chromium-aluminum coatings, increases the strength of their adhesion to the blade material and, respectively, increases gas turbine engine operational parameters.
