PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll mold capable of enhancing flexibility of an uneven shape to be formed.

SOLUTION: In a roll mold (10) for molding an uneven shaped portion of an optical sheet (110) having an uneven shape which includes a cylindrical or columnar substrate (11), a layer (13) to be processed which is stacked on the outer peripheral surface of the substrate and has a groove formed therein, and a surface plated layer (14) which is stacked along the surface of the layer to be processed and is a plated layer having a groove portion (15) and a projection (14) formed therein, a bottom width (A) in the groove portion of the surface plated layer is 10 μm or less.
