METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LAMINATE, AND LAMINATE STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminate which can obtain a laminate structure reducing surface roughness of an insulation film subjected to roughening processing, and having insulation properties through the insulation film.

SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the laminate 1 includes: a laminating step of laminating the laminate film 10 on a target laminated material 21 from a surface 11b side of the insulation film 11; a first heating step of heating the insulation film 11 until a gel decomposition after the insulation film 11 is immersed in methyl ethyl ketone at the temperature 23°C for 24 hours becomes 20 w.t.% or more without a substrate film 12 is separated from the insulation film 11; a separation step of separating the substrate film 11 from the insulation film 11A and exposing a surface 11a of the insulation film 11A; and roughening step of roughing the first surface 11a of the insulation film 11C.
