A method for removal of vestibular oroantral anastomosis located in the distal maxillary molars in the presence of simultaneously maxillary sinusotomy consists in the formation and detachment of muco-oxide trapezoid flap, excision of areas of altered mucosal fistula, mobilization and suturing the flap. Trapezoid muco-oxide flap forming two vertical cuts at 45: The first is passed distal to oroantral anastomosis or fistula and the second vertical incision is passed at 45 on the second or third in a row on the medial tooth defect, then the cuts are made connected with the horizontal incision made by periodontal selected grooves of the teeth and along the crest of the alveolar process of the upper jaw in the area of the missing tooth, trapezoidal shaped flap is peeled, the excision is made for altered mucosal areas with fistula in the form of isosceles triangle, the apex of which is the lower distal trapezoid angle, simultaneously maxillary sinusotomy is performed, periosteum is incised by horizontal incision at the basis of trapezoidal flap, mobilized flap is distally shifted and after adaptation and deepitalization it is sutured out, stitches are removed on the 10th day. |
