A machine for finishing and dressing vibration machining parts comprises a cylindrical tank with a greater vertical axis rigidly connected to a vibration platform and loaded with fine working fluid, and mounted by an elastic suspension made of roundabout coil springs mounted on shock absorbers of a machine frame. In close proximity to the tank bottom, coaxially with it and in connection with the vibration platform a vibroexciter of intertial type is located. The shaft of vibroaxciter with a flexible coupling is connected to a shaft of bevel gear connected by a V-belt drive to the motor. In the bottom of tank by means of a flexible pipe a hydrodynamic equipment is encased, which brings the working fluid in a fluidized state, which is supported by continuous circulation of fluid delivered by a pump and adjusted by a feed drive. Fluid removal from the tank to a sump is carried out in a line, which includes a drain funnel and a free-flow hydraulic cyclone. The parts being subject to finishing and dressing are secured on the mounting fingers of a machine retaining device arranged in the tank during machining and with an elastic suspension are mounted on the machine-tool frame, the machine retaining device is equipped with a general purpose inertial electromechanical vibrator. |
