An electric razor (1) is provided with: an outer blade frame (40) provided with an outer blade (51) having blade holes defined by bars; a frame mounting base (31) for allowing the outer blade frame (40) to be mounted thereto; an inner blade (54) disposed between the outer blade (51) and the mounting base (31) and cutting body hair, which is inserted in the blade holes, by moving relative to the outer blade (51); and an opening window (25) capable of discharging body hair accumulated on the top wall (37) of the frame mounting base (31), cleaning water, and the like. The opening window (25) is provided below the top wall section (37), and a groove (36) connecting to the opening window (25) is provided in an edge (37a) of the top wall (37).
