PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for an electromagnetic wave detachable flexible device that allows an electronic element part to be stably formed.

SOLUTION: A substrate for an electromagnetic wave detachable flexible device includes: a metal base having flexibility; an insulating layer formed on at least one surface of the metal base; and an electromagnetic wave detachable adhesive layer that is formed on the other surface of the metal base and contains an electromagnetic wave detachable adhesive resin having electromagnetic wave detachability.
