PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent uncured adhesive remaining at edges of adhesive surfaces of a magnet and a magnetic member from being transferred via finger cots, tweezers, etc. to optical pickups and contaminating them, thereby avoiding troubles in optical performance or in appearance which may decrease the yield.
SOLUTION: A groove is formed on a surface of a magnetic member to which a magnet is to be fixed, where the depth of the groove is small near the center of the fixing surface and large near the outer circumference of the fixing surface. By this groove, an adhesive is drawn toward the center of the fixing surface by a capillary phenomenon and is prevented from spreading along the outer edge of the fixing surface. The corner of the groove is chamfered to reduce the adhesive remaining at the corner of the groove.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
