<p>Transport container (10) for serving a plurality of animal-keeping sites (20) in an animal-keeping installation (31) provided with a feed-out device (11 ). The transport container (10) is provided with transport elements (13, 14, 16, 17), which are in rolling contact with a supporting rail (15, 18), for transportation along the supporting rail (15, 18) of a drive device (191, 192, 193, 194), wherein upper transport elements (13, 14) are placed on the upper end of the transport container (10), wherein lower transport elements (16, 17) are placed on the lower end of the transport container (10), wherein the said upper transport element (13, 14) is arranged to cooperate with an upper supporting rail (15), and wherein the said lower transport element (16, 17) is arranged to cooperate with a lower supporting rail (18). A first supporting rail (18) of the said supporting rails (15, 18) is provided with a discontinuity (21 ), whilst a second supporting rail (15) of the said supporting rails (15, 18) has a continuous extent. The invention also relates to an animal- keeping installation (31) provided with such a transport container (10).</p> |
