<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle temperature control system including a compact heat dissipation unit. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle temperature control system 10 comprises: an air-conditioning refrigerant circuit 20 including a compressor 80, a four way valva 81, an outside air heat exchanger 82 for exchanging heat with the outside air, and a first heat exchanger 85 for exchanging heat with the air in the vehicle; an electrical component cooling circuit 30 including a pump 40, a cooling unit 42 for cooling an electrical component 41, and a heat dissipation unit 45 for cooling a fluid heat-exchanged in the cooling unit 42; a cooperative heat exchanger 50; and a control device 60. The cooperative heat exchanger 50 exchanges heat between the refrigerant flowing in the air-conditioning refrigerant circuit 20 and the fluid flowing in the electrical component cooling circuit 30.
