The invention relates to a crane building and can be used at development of new and modernization of existing cranes with a superstructure. A device for unloading a crane superstructure is designed as two-armed levers with loads hinged on the brackets rigidly mounted on the ends of a superstructure in its lower part; small shoulders of levers are pivotally connected by rigid rods with brackets rigidly mounted on the crane superstructure located in the middle of the crane superstructure, while the movement of two-armed levers is limited by self-locking cams. Technical result: designing a reliable, easy-to-use unloading device of the crane superstructure by executing it as two-armed levers with loads hinged on the brackets hinged on the ends of a superstructure in its lower collar and pivotally connected by a system of rigid rods with the brackets placed in the middle part of the superstructure. Restoring moments generated by two-armed levers with loads opposite to the bending moment produced by the superstructure cause reverse bending of beams of the superstructure, as a result of contraction of its lower collar, create autostretched structure with a tracking device of loading on the beams of the crane superstructure. |
