PURPOSE: A planar structure including a conductive line is provided to implement pleasantness by supplying a cushion function and a ventilation function. CONSTITUTION: A top planar structure is arranged on the upper side of a planar structure. A bottom planar structure is separately arranged under the top planar structure. A plurality of connection yarns(113) are connected between the top planar structure and the bottom planar structure. A conductive line(12) is arranged on the top planar structure or the bottom planar structure. A fixing yarn(13) fixes the conductive line to the top planar structure or the bottom planar structure.
