<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel oil composition for a diesel engine, which can hold a state of a fuel in a liquid state even in a superhigh pressure used in a high-pressure injection device, and can hold a suitable fuel state by maintaining the fuel injection form, and can avoid trouble including nozzle-hole failure of an injector. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel oil composition for a diesel engine contains 5 to 80 vol% of a fuel oil base material having an isoparaffin content of ≥25 vol%, a 90-vol% distillation temperature of 290 to 350°C and a paraffin branching degree index of 03 to 0.75, and has a distillation property of a 10-vol% distillation temperature of 180 to 240°C and a 90-vol% distillation temperature of 305 to 360°C, and a sulfur content of ≤10 ppm by mass, a saturated hydrocarbon content of 98 to 100 vol%, a content of naphthenes of ≤10 vol%, a content of polycyclic naphthenes of ≤10 vol%, a content of isoparaffin of 5 to 29.3 vol%, and a content of a low-temperature fluidity improver of 10 to 1,000 ppm by volume. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
