<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which a polyurethane foam manufactured by a conventional method, especially flexible polyurethane foam is such that a foam hardness and a mechanical property are insufficient. <P>SOLUTION: A polyol composition for polyurethane foam production is a polyol composition that includes a polymer polyol (A) in which a polymer fine particle (JR) that makes an ethylenically unsaturated compound (E) a structural unit is dispersed in polyol (PL) or a polyol composition that includes (A) and polyol (B), wherein the content of an alkylene oxide adduct of an unsaturated alcohol in (E) is at most 2 wt.% based on the weight of (E), the volume average particle size of (JR) is 0.1-1.0 μm, the content of (JR) is 35-45 wt.% based on the weight of (A), the hydroxyl value of (PL) is 40-80 mg-KOH/g, and the weight average value of HLB of (PL) and (B) is 1.4-6.0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
