PURPOSE: A power supply device and system are provided to supply power corresponding to necessity and to control timing which begins supply of the power. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit receives a control command for controlling a power supply unit(11). A memory unit(19) memorizes data for controlling the power supply unit. A control unit(18) generates a sequence number as the control command. A communication unit(12) transmits the sequence number to one of power supply units.
