<p>The present invention relates to a high quality cosmetic brush, in which a bunch of bristles rotates as it is being accommodated within a tube when a cap rotates to be coupled to or separated from a cosmetic container, and which is exposed to a cosmetic liquid for a short time, and only a small portion of which is exposed to the cosmetic liquid so that the bunch of bristles gets little resistance from the cosmetic liquid, and thus the bunch of bristles is effectively prevented from being twisted or entangled to accurately apply the cosmetic liquid. According to the cosmetic brush of the present invention, twisting or entangling problems of the bunch of bristles are dramatically improved so that the bunch of bristles may not be twisted even after the whole of the cosmetic liquid is consumed, and only a fixed quantity of content is applied to the bunch of bristles, thereby achieving improved convenience of use and keeping the brush clean.</p> |
