In order to select and change to the best antenna having the larger receiving field intensity with a simple configuration even in short period for receiving field intensity measurement, a changeover controller SC changes to a receiving antenna A1-An for receiving a video signal in a video signal period of a current frame, changes to a receiving antenna A1-An other than the receiving antenna A1-An which receives the video signal, in an intensity receiving signal period of the current frame, and measures each receiving field intensity through a sample hold circuit 15 and an A/D converter 16. A selection controller C1 selects the receiving antenna A1-An that has changed in the intensity receiving signal period as a receiving antenna A1-An in a video signal period of a next frame when the receiving field intensity in the intensity receiving period exceeds the receiving field intensity in the video signal period.
