PURPOSE: A heat-resistant and fire-resistant paint is provided to improve fire-resistant, heat resistance, anti-corrosion and thermal insulation. CONSTITUTION: A heat-resistant and fire-resistant paint comprises a solid material and liquid material. The solid material is composed of calcium carbonate, insuladd, and talc. The liquid material comprises silicate glass solution, acrylic emulsion and a binder. The paint comprises 77-83 weight% of calcium carbonate, 8-12 weight% of insuladd and 8-15 weight% of talc based on the total weight of the solid material. The liquid material comprises 88-92 volume% of silicate glass solution, 3-7 volume% of acrylic emersion and 3-9 volume% of binder based on the total volume of the liquid material. |
