PURPOSE: A display device is provided to form a static electricity tag inside a dummy pixel on the periphery of a display unit to indicate the change of a transistor in the display unit, whereby the monitoring of the static electricity generated from the process is strengthened to detect the defects of the display unit and improve the process. CONSTITUTION: A display device comprises a static electricity tag(400). The static electricity tag includes multiple static electricity transistors(410). The static electricity transistor(410) is partially overlapped with an electrostatic semiconductor layer(130) and includes an electrostatic electrode(150) delivering a gate signal, an electrostatic source electrode(173) respectively connected to a source area(133) and a drain region(135) of the electrostatic semiconductor layer, and an electrostatic drain electrode(175). A data signal is delivered through an electrostatic source electrode(173), whereby the change of a transistor is measured by measuring the data signal.
