PURPOSE: A microfluidic device is provided to improve designing flexibility of a microfluidic device and to simply manufacture the microfluidic device with a simple structure by using a single chamber. CONSTITUTION: A microfluidic device comprises a platform, at least one chamber; and at least one channel. The at least one chamber is located in the platform to accommodate fluid. The channel connects the chambers to each other. The chamber comprises a first accommodation part(41) and a second accommodation part(42) on the first accommodation part. The surface area of the first accommodation chamber and the second accommodation chamber are different to each other. At least one chamber comprises a specimen injection chamber(10), at least one reaction chamber(31), and a detection chamber.
