<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small vessel enabling an increase of strength of a transom for supporting an outboard motor without bringing the outboard motor into contact with a hull side during tilt-up. <P>SOLUTION: A mounting member of the outboard motor 30a including a tilt-up mechanism is fixed to a rear face part 21 of the swollen transom part 18b with a bolt 36, and a top cowl 31a of the outboard motor 30a can be stored in a space 23 for mounting during the tilt-up. A reinforcing part 24 having a triangular shape in cross section is provided in a corner part between the rear face part 21 and a bottom face of the space 23 for mounting. A reinforcing plate is further mounted on the rear face part 21. Drain holes are provided in portions on both end sides of the reinforcing part 24 in the bottom surface of the space 23 for mounting.
