<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify an orderer and to facilitate application processing in payment application from a card company. <P>SOLUTION: A group purchasing organization server 110 imparts a card number to a subscriber and supports a subscriber side processing equivalent to a customer system regarding a transaction using the card number. A trader system 130 executes processing for generating order identification information for identifying ordered individual transactions and processing for requesting settlement processing to the card company after delivering an ordered article, etc. The payment application is not transmitted to the ordered customer but transmitted to a group purchasing organization in block.
