<p>A fuel tank for a vehicle is configured from a tank body in which an upper tank and a lower tank (120) are joined to each other to form a closed space in which fuel is housed, and an auxiliary tank (130) which is affixed to a bottom surface part of the lower tank (120) by spot welding (150), a plurality of rows of spot welding (150) are set along the longitudinal direction of the lower tank (120) with a distance therebetween in the width direction of the auxiliary tank (130), at least one bead (142) located between the rows of spot welding (150) and extending continuously along the longitudinal direction of the lower tank (120) in the bottom surface part thereof is formed, and the lower surface of the auxiliary tank (130) has no portion that is not in contact with the bottom surface part of the lower tank (120) except the bead (142).</p> |
