Provided is a polylactic acid-based film composed of a composition comprising a resin (A), a resin (B) and a plasticizer (C), wherein the resin (A) is a polylactic acid-based resin and the resin (B) is an aliphatic polyester-based resin that are not polylactic acid-based resins and/or an aliphatic-aromatic polyester-based resin, which polylactic acid-based film exhibits at least one crystallization peak in the temperature range of 105°C to 160°C when cooled from a molten state at a rate of 20°C/min by a differential scanning calorimeter and satisfies the following condition when the total calorific value of the crystallization peak(s) in the temperature range of 105°C to 160°C is defined as ”Hmc A :
