<p>The exerciser has a hollow body (4) fastened or molded on a side of a base plate (6) and filled with fluid. The base plate is adapted to a foot of a human. An attaching unit fixes a side of the hollow body opposite to the base plate at the foot or a shoe. The base plate comprises a frame made of plastic embedded with or in an elastomer. The hollow body comprises di-isononylphthalate with plasticized polyvinyl chloride. The hollow body is cast into the base plate by rotational molding, and comprises a chamber with a closed annular structure.</p> |
