PURPOSE: A heater structure of an electric fryer is provided to improve the temperature sensing performance of a thermister installed at a predetermined height in an oil storage part. CONSTITUTION: A first coil unit(11) is installed in one side of an oil storage part(5), is turned on and off by an operating unit, and includes a first coil(11a) forming a pattern repeated two or more times at regular intervals. A second coil unit(12) is installed in the other side of the oil storage part, is turned on and off by the operating unit, and includes a second coil(12a) forming the same pattern as the first coil. A cleaning space(S) is provided between the first and second coil units. The width of the cleaning space is greater than the interval of the first coil or the second coil. |
