PURPOSE: An attaching/detaching device of a mixing apparatus of a mixer is provided to improve the attachment/detachment structure of the mixing apparatus to a simple manner and to enable to separate and combine the mixing apparatus to an auxiliary axis through the rotary action of an attaching/detaching operation part. CONSTITUTION: An attaching/detaching device of a mixing apparatus(100) of a mixer for the confectionery and bread manufacturing comprises a stumbling pin(110) installed horizontally to an auxiliary axis(24); a dented stumbling unit(120) dug vertically from the upper surface of an assembling tube(28) of the mixing apparatus(26); an operation hole(130) formed in connection with an assembling hole(27) of the assembling tube in part; an attachment/detachment operation part(140) comprising a rotary axis equipped with a cutting part for releasing the stumbling, and a handle(144) equipped on the end of the rotary axis; a dented cutting hole for stumbling formed on the corresponding site of the auxiliary axis in order to be mutually stumbled to the opposite site of the rotary axis and not to be separated in the rotating operation of the attachment/detachment operation part.
