PURPOSE: A handle rotation device for a caster is provided to reduce the product manufacturing costs by simplifying a product structure. CONSTITUTION: A handle rotation device(10) for a caster comprises a height control screw unit(2), a height control handle(5), and a rotation unit(7). The height control screw unit is formed in the center of a body(1). The height control handle comprises a support board(3) formed in a lower side and a groove formed in the center. The rotation unit comprises a bearing formed in an upper side of the height control screw unit. The handle rotation device comprises an upper side unit and a lower side unit. The upper side unit comprises a protrusion and a penetration unit penetrating the height control screw unit. The center of the handle rotation device includes a ring unit.
