PURPOSE: A method for cutting a pipe and inserting a valve without the suspension of water supply is provided to accurately form a cut part when cutting a pipe without the suspension of fluid flowing in the pipe, and to accurately install a valve at the cut part. CONSTITUTION: A method for cutting a pipe and inserting a valve without the suspension of water supply is as follows. An upper sealing guider(100) simultaneously surrounds and fixes a pipe. A lower sealing guider is fixed at the bottom of the pipe where the upper sealing guide is installed. Rotary bodies multiply split are circumferentially installed on the exterior of the upper and lower sealing guiders. A cutting tool is installed one of the rotary bodies so that the rotary bodies can be freely rotated in a direction vertical to a longitudinal direction of the pipe. The pipe is cut by the rotation of the rotary bodies to form a cutting groove while the cutting tool is guided along an inlet port. The rotary bodies are separated from the upper sealing guider and the lower sealing guider and the inlet port is sealed by an opening and closing member. A valve is mounted on the upper sealing guider. |
