PURPOSE: A reduction apparatus for centrifugal dehydrator coagulant input amount for dehydrating sewage/wastewater sludge and dehydration residue production amount is provided to be able to form highly concentrated flocs using an inline mixer, and to minimize the coagulant input amount and dehydration reside production amount by preventing highly concentrated flocs from being broken when colliding with the sludge distributor in using a centrifugal dehydrator. CONSTITUTION: A reduction apparatus for centrifugal dehydrator coagulant input amount for dehydrating sewage/wastewater sludge and dehydration residue production amount comprises an inline mixer(10); a stirrer(11); a pitch drum(20); an auto feeder(30) in waterwheel shape; and a pump(40). The inline mixer is installed in a sludge pipe in the lower part of the stirrer, evenly reacts sludge and coagulant by forming strong turbulence, and forms flocs with a small size and high compressibility by instant high speed stirring. The stirrer coarsens and stabilizes the small flocs. The pitch drum installed in one side of the stirrer is rotated upon drive of a motor(23), and has multiple perforating holes so that pore water between flocs is able to be smoothly drained from the flocs made in the inline mixer. The auto feeder is installed in a water storage tank of the leading end of the pitch drum, and induces that flocs in which pore water between flocs has been drained smoothly pass over the pitch drum. The pump transfers flocs concentrated after passing the pitch drum to a centrifugal dehydrator(50). A screw pump with no effect on the physical property of the floc is used as a pump. |
