PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for measuring quantity of heat of sintering material in a sintering furnace are provided to accurately calculate the quantity of heat of sintering material using thermal image thermometer. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(200) for measuring quantity of heat of sintering material in a sintering furnace comprises a support(24), a reference temperature measurement sample(26), a thermal image thermometer(28), and a magnet clamp(22). The support is attached to the sinter trailer and is separated from the sinter cart. The reference temperature measurement sample is fixed to one end of the support. The thermal image thermometer is fixed to the other end of the support and calculates the quantity of heat of sintering material. The clamp is coupled with the support. The support is attached to the sinter cart by the magnetic force of the magnet clamp. |
