PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a cable is provided to evaporate a dielectric film to a first electrode, and to effectively form the dielectric film on a cable by not needing plasma or vacuum condition. CONSTITUTION: A cable comprises: a first electrode(100); a second electrode(120) which is arranged apart from the first electrode; and a dielectric film(110) which is arranged between the first and second electrodes, and has a xylene monomer. A manufacturing method of the cable comprises: a step of arranging the first electrode; a step of decomposing a xylene dimer, and providing the obtained monomers to the surface of the first electrode; a step of forming the dielectric film by forming a polymer using the xylene monomers on the surface of the first electrode; and a step of forming the second electrode on the surface of the dielectric film.
