PURPOSE: An entry blocking device for a tunnel in case of an accident is provided to recycle an energy which is generated during the operation of a screen. CONSTITUTION: An entry blocking device for a tunnel in case of an accident comprises a driving shaft(30), a screen(40), a detecting sensor(50), and an adjusting device(60). The driving shaft is mounted in the internal space of an accepting main body(20) of a support stand for tunnel accidents. The driving shaft rotates with a motor(32). The screen displays phrases or patterns for warning about tunnel accidents by being wound or unwound on the driving shaft. The detecting sensor is mounted on the moving route of the screen for detecting the left or right inclination of the screen. The adjusting device receives an output signal from the detecting sensor for setting the screen in a predetermined position.
