PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently operate an automatic ice-making machine at low cost and corresponding to an ambient temperature.
SOLUTION: When a deicing operation is completed, a ratio T1/T2 of an ice-making time T1 required for an ice-making operation with respect to a deicing time T2 required for the deicing operation is calculated, and the ratio T1/T2 is compared with a threshold A, B, thereby determining whether the ambient temperature is high or low. On the basis of a determination result of the ambient temperature, a rotation speed of a cooling fan FM in the next operation cycle and an opening/closing operation of a hot gas valve HV are controlled. Specifically, when it is determined in the determination result that the ambient temperature is low, the low-speed rotation control of the cooling fan FM is performed to make the rotation speed of the cooling fan FM lower than a reference value during the ice-making operation and the opening/closing operation of the hot gas valve HV is controlled to repeat the opening/closing operation of the hot gas valve HV predetermined times during the deicing operation. When it is determined that the ambient temperature is high, high-speed rotation control of the cooling fan FM is performed to make the rotation speed of the cooling fan FM higher than the reference value during the ice-making operation.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
